I come from a small village in Pakistan, where pursuing higher education—especially as a woman—was never an easy or expected path. I am the only educated girl from my village, and every academic milestone I achieved came through persistence, self-belief, and sacrifice.

My passion for mathematics and computational science led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, followed by a Master’s degree in Mathematics, where my research focused on mathematical modeling and numerical analysis of complex fluid flows. Alongside my studies, I self-funded my education through freelancing, overcoming financial and societal barriers that often limit access to advanced education.

Today, I am actively applying for fully funded PhD programs in Europe, aiming to contribute to research in applied mathematics, computational modeling, and interdisciplinary scientific problems. While PhD positions offer long-term funding, the initial costs—application fees, language tests, document evaluations, and relocation preparation—are significant and difficult to manage alone.
